Master Snorlax Research Blueprint

The Ultimate Pokémon Sleep Recipe Calculator & Optimization Guide

Cooking meals in Pokémon Sleep is the single highest-leverage mechanic for driving weekly Drowsy Power.

While berry collection provides a steady drip of passive points, cooked meals deliver explosive strength spikes three times per day. Understanding recipe mathematics turns mediocre research weeks into Master-tier milestones.

Why Cooking Master Dishes Beats Passive Berries

Every dish in Pokémon Sleep starts with a fixed base power and gains experience points each time you cook it.

At Level 1, a dish starts at its listed base value. Current progression reaches roughly 1.61× at Level 30, 2.48× at Level 51, 3.03× at Level 60, and 3.58× at Level 70, so older Level-60/2.48× charts should no longer be used.

For example, Inferno Corn Keema Curry has a base power of 13,690. Its current dish table lists 41,481 Strength at Level 60 and 49,010 at Level 70 before Extra Tasty bonuses or filler ingredients.

Sunday Extra Tasty Mechanics

The Secret to Sunday Pot Fillers

Sunday uses a special end-of-week cooking-pot bonus under the current rules; it should not be described as a universal flat 2× pot rule.

Pot capacity now upgrades beyond the old 57-slot examples, with the current upgrade table reaching 84 ingredients at the highest listed pot upgrade.

Sunday elevates the Extra Tasty chance to 30%; when Extra Tasty triggers on Sunday, the dish is worth 3× its normal value.

Dumping Slowpoke Tails (+342 power each) or Large Leeks (+185 power each) into empty slots creates enormous score explosions that unlock Master ranks before the Monday reset.

Supply Chain Strategy

How to Farm 600 Ingredients a Week

Maintaining a full 600-item inventory requires ingredient specialists with optimized subskills and natures.

Prioritize Pokémon with Ingredient Finder M (+36%), Helping Speed M, and Inventory Up L.

Seek out Quiet, Rash, or Mild natures that boost ingredient rolls, and avoid speed-boosting natures that carry ingredient penalties.
